Nibal Reda leads JONLEMAT Technical Services with a strong technical and operational background. He is a civil engineer with over 12 years of experience in the chemical manufacturing and technical services sectors, bringing extensive knowledge in construction materials, site applications, and project execution.
Before joining JONLEMAT, Nibal held a management role at Sika, a globally recognized leader in chemical manufacturing and construction solutions. During his time there, he managed technical operations, project coordination, and client support across multiple projects, gaining valuable experience in quality standards, material performance, and large-scale applications.
His leadership focuses on delivering practical, high-quality solutions while maintaining strict safety and performance standards. With a deep understanding of both materials and site requirements, he ensures that every project is executed efficiently and in line with international best practices.
Under his direction, JONLEMAT continues to build a reputation for reliability, technical precision, and professional service across the UAE.
Anas Shamout is an experienced Community and Facilities Management professional with over 14 years of expertise in building operations, asset management, and technical coordination across residential developments.
At Jonlematlectrical Engineering background complemented by extensive facilities management experience, he specializes in optimizing building performance, enhancing operational efficiency, and protecting long-term asset value. His key areas of expertise include life-safety systems, MEP management, budgeting, vendor coordination, and regulatory compliance.
